The service
GAMELET is a browser game library operated by an individual developer. You can browse and play available games as a guest without creating an account. Some actions, including saving games to an account, commenting and publishing, require sign-in.
A game may be provided by an independent creator. Its controls, device support and availability can differ from other games. The game detail page and its source or licence notices provide game-specific information.

Accounts and access
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Do not use another person’s identity or try to bypass access restrictions. GAMELET may restrict an account or publishing ability when it is used to harm other users or the service.
Account deactivation stops sign-in and public interactions. It does not itself guarantee immediate physical deletion of every record. The Privacy Notice explains the current data boundary and the items still awaiting a final retention policy.
Games and community content
If you publish a game or upload an avatar, you must have the rights needed to share that material. Creators remain responsible for their game files, descriptions, images and third-party notices. Publishing allows GAMELET to store and present that material to operate the game library.
Do not upload or post content that infringes rights, exposes another person’s private information, contains abuse or hate, or interferes with the service. Use the available report controls to flag concerning material. Reports may lead to review, removal of content or account restrictions.
Play data and external services
Guest play history and local saves depend on this browser and may disappear if its data is cleared. Account saves depend on the game’s integration and the service being available. We cannot promise that every game or save will always remain accessible.
Google, GitHub and externally hosted games, when used, are separate services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. GAMELET does not ask you to install a game in order to browse its catalogue.
Changes and unresolved details
The game catalogue, features and these rules can change as the product develops. The individual operator’s legal identity, effective date and legal review still need to be confirmed before these terms are used for a public launch.
